Just a tip: Pick up the "An Old Gift" quest https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=10050 along with this quest as you'll likely have to kill some of these undead there to get to that book.

wow. no one wants to see screen shots on your page or even to know if it was the correct lvl. PEOPLE plz post coords, and aqny other usfull information plz. i have to mod to interface these forums with my quest log. and its terrible that i have to go searching on thotbot for smart people that post coords. seriously if you are going to post anything porst up damn coords to help people. and stop trying to show off your cheesy screenshots

There is some prereq, either a quest or reputation (according to allakhazam). He doesn't give me any quests and i'm level 61.

Edit: after doing the quest chain that starts with Know your Enemy (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=10160) and ends with Ill Omens (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=10483), he now gives me the quest. I also completed "Expedition Point", but i think the aforementioned quest chain (3 quests) is what triggered it.

I've found the best place to fill this quest is is to stay right around Expedition Armory. I completed this quest as a 59 retribution pally in about 45 minutes. Bring plenty of drink/food.

55 75 and south for those of us with coords. Those without should head to Expedition Armory.

These guys are undead so bleed damage cannot be done to them =(

Footman: all around the edge of the area, they can be pulled as singles but watch for patrolling knights!
Knight: On horse patrols the entire area except the middle of the town. Knights have a charge like ability which CAN STUN!
Sorcerer: Found inside the town. Some patrol some are stationary!

Easy to complete at Expedition Armory. The Unyeilding Knights are very easy to kill. They do have a stun, but not all used it. The footmen are a little harder to kill, but as long as you don't pull more than one or two you will be fine. The sorcerers were the hardest, mainly because they shoot a spell that can really hurt, but they also use up their mana quickly which is when they are easiest to kill. They only issue I had was that there are more knights patrolling than I needed to kill, but you can get some decent drops from them.

Be warned that when fighting more than one of these mobs at a time, the knights will heal their buddies. Little bastards.

Footmen and knights are easy to find (the knights patrol), there is a shortage of sorcs.

The Sorcerers see through stealth as of this time around. Not a big problem; just be prepared.

My advice?

Don't move around like normal... just wait for them to come to you.

The hardest part of this quest is how the mobs aggro without warning. There are lots of patrols so they can come out of nowhere.

The footmen are easiest because they are numerous around the perimeter and can be taken one by one (keep an eye out for knights though). The Sorecerers are all in town so you have to go into the middle to get them which brings up a lot more chances to be aggroed.

You want to stand in a place where all 3 types patrol. For me, that was near the sorcerer's tower (53, 79). There are plenty of sorcerers and Knights there. They respawn fairly quickly so you don't have to wait very long and you can heal while you do.

Anyway, that's what I did and it worked like a charm. I hope this helps.

Honor Guard Wesilow wants you to defeat 12 Unyielding Footmen, 10 Unyielding Sorcerers, and 5 Unyielding Knights at the Expedition Armory to the south.
