its in the mine, not on the surface.. alot of ppl couldent find it so now you guys have the answer "a tip: follow the crystals"

Once you enter the cave, look for the first green crystal, it will mark the start of a side passage on the left. Take that passage, and keep following the crystals. Eventually you see an ethereal named Agent Ya-Six (who gives another quest). Directly behind him is the power pack object.

Stealthing through the cave can be difficult as there are Parisitic Fleshbeasts that spawn randomly on top of you.

That's not random, they come from the dead bodies on the ground. you can burn them with the quest item you get from the guy just outside the cave.

You have to go into a mine to get this item but the mine is incredibly annoying. I'm a 70 arms warrior with 10k unbuffed health but when you kill a lvl 70 that spwns 2 friends you get slightly owned. I had to pop retaliation but unfortunately you need it to be about a 2 minute cooldown instead of a 20. Luckily the next time I came back some retro pally had gone through and kill most of them so I could just grab the teleporter and run.
