Patch 8.1 Build 27985 - New Paladin Animations: Flash of Light, Beacon of Light (on target)

With the latest 8.1 PTR build hitting the test servers, we were able to see that a couple of spell animations were added along with it.
The animations added were for the Paladin spells
Lampo di Luce
and a new on-target effect for
Faro di Luce
.

The spell finally lives to its name, beaming a literal flash of light onto its target!

Targets with Beacon of Light now receive a new burst of light to signify they're being healed by the Beacon, when the Paladin heals another target.
