Leatherworking Drums Benefits Likely Changed in Burning Crusade Classic

In several interviews, Blizzard has indicated they will very likely change the benefits from Leatherworking Drums so players do not feel compelled to have an entire raid of Leatherworkers in TBC raids. Back in Burning Crusade, many players went Leatherworking for
Drums of Battle
which provided a haste buff to your party and stacked with Bloodlust/Heroism. Four people in your party could take turns activating drums to essentially get a permanent haste buff.
We first read about this decision on
Buffed.de
, which was later reinforced by MrGM's interview. You should bring Leatherworkers to raid, but maybe you don't need 25 of them.

Brian Birmingham thinks it is very likely that they will be making adjustments to the drums of war by leatherworkers. The drums should remain an important advantage for leather workers, but the job shouldn't be a duty for every raid enthusiast.
