Im at the silverwing refuge i dcant find the trainer.. wth, is the trainer hard to find? (i did find a vendoe to give me some recipes, but that did no good) i need to raise the limit casue my skill is 149/50

like the guy said above, the chick you buy the book from is at silverwind refuge. It is not atrainer, it is a trade supplier. salindra or something. book was 90s for me.

Horde needs to go to Shadowprey Village in Desolace to get the expert cookbook (which allows you to get to lvl 225 cooking).

ok i spent hours looking for this bloke (who gives u the cookbook) and he is on the east side of shadowprey village on the top floor of the platform hut behind the champion of the horde to the right as u come over the hill from the Sar'theris Strand. this is the beach below shadow prey. there is a vendor to ur left and the champion to ur right as u come into the village. go right towards the champion and climb the steps behind him and go right to the top. the cooking vendor is here. get the book get cookin
