I started out in the Terokar forest when TBC was released farming Arcane Tomes for faction. Worked out fairly well since i was able to get very nice xp without loads of nabs running about.

You can also cap at honored by handing in the rings. I'd keep all the Tomes though until you have dinged honored.

After you have done all the quests and such you will probably be at or near revered faction. You can then either buy/trade Tomes or simply run Tempest Keep instances once 70. You can also hand in Sunfury Signets for extra faction but you wont get the tokens needed to claim these nice enchants.

Anyone know if this can be used by a scryer person on someone else's shoulders via the trade window?

Is this considered 12 spell damage/healing or purely spell damage?

It'd be better than 33healing/4mp5 for Paladins if they didn't lose 12 the healing and had 15 crit for free heals.
