Healing - +51 vs. +64 - +13 Healing.
Damage - +17 vs. +22 - +5 Spell Damage.
6 mana per 5 sec. vs. 8 mana per 5 sec.

Kind of odd that this would be in an end-game PvE instance, however.

Socketed with https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=32195, this is the neck with the single most +healing in the game currently, afaik. So even for the most hardcore pve players it's not a wasted drop.

Oh and it does drop from the Eredar Twins in Sunwell Plateau.
