Level 59 item, blue trinket that gives 50 attack power. This is probably another great item blizzard has implemented to help leveling, most likely coming from a new quest in 2.3. Outland quality Azeroth items, you gotta love them!

On a personal note, I was amazed at the quest reward when I first saw it. Not bad for a 56 Rogue without a second trinket!

Im still using this on my 61 bm hunter along with https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=28041. Quest was quite easy, it actually leveled me to 58 to go to outlands.

Doesn't make sense.. a quest reward that is unique ^.-

Edit: I just got this on my hunter on level 53, and I was shocked by how easy it is to obtain. It's pretty much killing a level 59 furbolg and some walking and you claim your +50 AP trinket.

Picked this up while killing the old high chief in Winterspring. I now have two trinkets for increased attach power, great item.

The process of getting these trinkets is a bit confusing so here's how it goes:

First off, you have to get a quest from Meggi Peppinrocker in Everlook in Winterspring to go find Donova Snowden who is also in Winterspring (31,45). Snowden will give you a quest called "Threat of the Winterfall" that asks you to kill Den Watchers, Pathfinders, and Totemics. The place to go for that is Timbermaw Post (40,43) in Winterspring. While killing them, one of them should drop an Empty Winterfall Firewater which will begin a quest chain called "Winterfall Firewater." This is the quest that you must follow to get the trinket(doesn't take TOO terribly long). The last part of the chain requires that you kill the High Chief Winterfall, which will complete that chain. The Chief will drop a book that starts yet another quest that has you go back to Donova Snowden, and then to Kelek Skykeeper in southern Felwood. He will give you the trinket. I hope this helped!

I completed this as a 53/54 feral druid. The Chief is lvl 59 non elite accompanied with a 57 shaman so... you may need a friend if you're a lower lvl like I was.

I don't think this quest reward was around when I was leveling my main. This would have been an awesome trinket to have while doing AV at lvl 60.

Got for both my my rogue and hunter though, and my dps on both got a nice boost for the level.

I got this for my BM Hunter because I cently figured out that my AP transfers in a large amount to my pets AP! So I've been getting alot of AP gear, this is a great item for any dps class as the effect is constant.
