These quests are really worth doing, as the characters will turn neutral and not attack you afterwards. Besides, it's some really easy 50 000 experience.

The four persons you get the quest from (by killing them) are:

no it's not. i'ts at 55,86. anyone going to 55,87 will find a house with a bookshelf you can't click on.

You have to click the book in your inventory, not hte shelf, co-ordinates are correct

The bookshelf is found at 55, 86 in a small house with smoke coming from the ground close to it. its to the right of the wooden beam if you enter using the actual door. THESE co ords are good. and ty for the tip on 55, 86

yup, 55,86 is where it is, not 55,87. If you are at the wrong house, head north and you will see another house (with smoke) that contains a smaller bookshelf with books.

The shelf is almost hidden by a plank of wood. Thats the place :)

I was only seeing the larger of the two bookshelves in the other house.

Just curious though, how many of these are there? I have 4 so far. Is there a follow up quest after you retrieve all the pieces?

I think this is ripped off The Belgariads. Since all the discplies of Aldur had "Bel" in front of their name. + They were sorcerrers.
