This recipe is great. You find so many Boar Ribs and have no use for it for a long time (till succulent pork ribs) without this.

Confirmed, Alliance can train this recipe at Crystal Boughman, Cooking Trainer in Lakeshire. West side of Lakeshire, top of the hill.

As Dead-Eye mentioned, this may also be purchased from Gremlock Pilsnor in the Thunderbew Distillery in Kharanos/Dun Morogh for 1.5s.
