Just so everyone knows. the above coords are not the location of the frond. I just spent about 10 mins here looking before I checked thottbot. The coords I personally found it at were - 55.53 in a lil pool of water to the west of the basin at the bottom. Where lots of elementals spawn.

I found it at 55, 58. And to me it seems that it just bounces around through the canyon. So before you venture into elemental infested caves or worse, Telaar. just buzz the elementals in the canyon till you see something you can pick.

And GG Blizzard for making this look like all the other grass in the zone.

I found mine at exactly 53.2, 66.4 amongst Torturted Earth Spirits
I can see another at 55.6, 65.8

The Telaari Fronds can be found all round the Telaari Basin west of Ring of Trials and north of Telaar

It looks like a patch of Khadgar's Whisker. I found it near a tree a basin full of earth elementals at around 56,55. But I'm sure the spawn place varies.
