Like all similar armor created by jewelcrafting that has charges, when you have used all there is currently no way to regain them other than make a new item.
And necks cannot be damaged, and so can't be repaired.

As of 2.10 this item no longer has charges, and instead has a use-while-equipped activation for the stam buff. I do not know its cooldown, or whether the buff stays if you then swap the item out.

With the 2.10 change this neck is very good for arena imo. as it gives +56 stamina, which 20 is given to each member of your group aswell. Does anyone know if it stacks, cause if it do, a 5-man team could gain 1k extra HP from everyone using this neckless, which is kinda sick, considering it's just a neck.

It stacks with Power Word: Fortitude.

i see this more as pvp tool than pve usage. That is until you get your hands on "pendant of..." pvp reward neck.

This is an awesome necklace for beginner PvP . It is easily acquirable (50 gold on my auction house, which is nothing), and is suitable for any class. High resillience and high stamina. What more could you want? Well maybe spell damage/attack power. But still, considering the price its a bargain.

One thing which is very annoying is that the buff is dispellable.

If you cast a dispel on the target who wears the necklace, the buff will be removed. It only works on the wearer, not other party members affected by the aura.

One other thing which seemingly was not mentioned in the previous comments is that the use effect of this necklace is not usable in the Arena. Its cooldown is too long.

Cooldown: 1 hour - Charges: 10
It can be repaired after 10 uses, but needs 2 Felsteel Bars and 3 Mercurial Adamantite.

would've been an imba necklace if it wasn't for the damn charges! it would give over 50 stamina and 23 resilience.. not to mention also 20 stamina to your party members

you lose the buff if you take it off. and only 10 charges. and 60 min cool down. gg useless

+36 stam +23 resilience is all you need for arena, People that say this sucks, clearly underestimate resilience and probably have bad arena rating or don't do arena at all

What about tanking with this, until you get something better? As a feral tank, I've only come across tank necks with shield block rating and such..

the pattern for this on my server is 30g bid 60g bo right now and i'm thinking it may be worth it to try and win with a bid and farm the ore to make these until 365 instead of trying to buy an expensive pattern to cut a blue gem (can't find a respectable one for under 200g). sure the sparkling star of elune pattern is cheap, but i don't want it lol.
