Yeah id follow treskets info its more precise, itll be on the left wall when you enter the room witht the staircase ( dont go down the staircase)

When u enter the fortress (around 45,30) go to the right and when u get to a room with a stair, the Advisor's Rapier can be found in the weapon stand.

The other part can be found on the other side on the same floor. In a empty barrel just right of the entrance to the room with the stair to the bottom floor.

Found this on a lootable "weapon rack" in the northern most room on the minimap (once youre inside the fortress), on the same floor as the steam tanks. The stairs to the basement are on this floor. when i looted the weapon rack, it despawned and I assume spawned again in the same spot a few seconds later.

Just like the instruction to the orange barrel, enter the fortress through the right entrance this time though. Head through the hallway and at the end, in the room, is the weapon rack.
