This man is no problem for 5-man group...if every1 have those swords or orbs from Q before it (insant 500dmg to that fellow) this really shouldn't be a problem. He only killed one of us..and that's becouse of fear that he really like to use. He is located in ziggurat just in middle of castle (that is located in south-wester corner of map). Good luck killing him ;-).

For those wanting to know a bit of lore, Dar'Khan features as the main bad guy in the Sunwell Trilogy books (Kalecgos and Tyri the blue dragons are also in these books and both get a mention in the game, and Tyri is an npc in Netherstorm).

He betrayed the Blood Elves and allowed Arthas and the Scourge to infiltrate the now destroyed high elf capital while trying to siphon the sunwell for his own needs; something went wrong and it imploded, severing the magic anchor (much like the world tree to the night elves) to the high elves (now you know why they scream REMEMBER THE SUNWELL every so often).

Without Dar'Khan hindering the Blood Elves, this means that they can plot revenge on Arthas with the Forsaken (ruled by undead high elf, Sylvanas) and corner him in Northend (which is rumoured to be the next expansion).

just go the Tower of the damned. Go into deatholme...walk up that hill with the green icky stuff and then you should see a couldron to your left and a building up ahead. Thats where he is. May I suggest more than 2 players unless you have a hunter with you. Oh and clear the floor so you can kill him easier too...=]
