The four types of skeletons shown drop this. Mixed in that area are also Risen Stalkers, which drop rotting hearts, but not spinal dust. I dont know if they share a spawn or not.

I also seemed to get the same approx drop rate from all four, roughly 25%, but as shown it is very skewed, is this accurate? I just killed all mobs that started with D, i didnt stick to the one with highest reported drop rate here, it worked fine for me.

It's for the quest "Spinal Dust" you get from Magistix Aminel in Tranquillien.

Ok, I've turned in both quests. I am already revered with the Tranquillen area (sorry if i didn't spell the town name correctly). I noticed that you can turn it in again for both, but at a level 13-25 area, what is the point of turning these in for more than being revered? Unless there's a quartermaster that sells awesome gear at these levels that I know not of. Please do tell.

This vendor in Tranquillen sells gear which requires rep. Most is green and level 10 or so, but there is a blue cloak that he sells which requires exhalted status and level 16.

This quest is realy easy kill about 10 Dreadbone Sentinel and u got it I had a 100% drop rate good luck
