You can also obtain multiple of this recipe to stock up and sell later on during the year. You must be at least level 25 to be able to receive this item as a reward.

I visited Fariel last night with 15 coins....she only had the rockets quests for me, no tailoring quest (Festive Recipe). Im level 70 and have 375 tailoring. Anyone had the same issue? Help...need those patterns :)

You gotta give coins of ancestry to the NPC @ Nighthaven, Moonglade. It's a quest. Once you give them to him, you get to chose between this one and Pattern: Festive Red Dress.

The patterns are only available for level 50+ but aren't BoP.

I had my 60 druid collect coins for the suit/dress recipes, and passed them over to my warlock tailor.

During the lunar festival - DO NOT BUY THIS FROM THE AH. It's expensive and it only cost 5 ancestry coins from the vendor in Moonglade. You can get five coins easily -- just visit all the major cities of your faction and you're pretty much done. If you want both patterns it's 10 coins but in an hour you can easily get over 20. I suggest buying more patterns for profit, but I would wait to put them on the AH until after Lunar Fest.

Should add, I was able to obtain this on my lvl65+ mage, I have no toons lower than 60 now to test the lvl requirement on. :(
