I got this for My lvl36 priest. Very easy to get since it doesnt require killing any elites. And I dont think theres too many similar or better quality rings near this expect Golden ring of Power https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=29157

This ring is from a quest you get for bringing this orc's head found in Dustwallow Marsh. It takes you to a few different people across the maps, and has great exp, and a reward of 1G and some silver. There is also another ring, one for the warrior/rogue/hunter type with str and stam.

i have got the quest and i have done it 4 q's but now the guy who is in Grom'gol dont give me another q...WTF plz..tell me

Does this quest start when you find the head if so where is it, or is it given. Also is it for Horde this quest?

The beginning quest which finally awards you this ring can be found in the little garden next to the house in "Swamplight Manor" which is north of Theramore Isle. You'll see an NPC infront of the house, he gives a quest, but it's totally unrelated to this ring questline.

You'll find a patch of Loose Dirt in the garden, open it and you'll find a report. Take this report back to an Orc in Brackenwall Village. He'll take it from you, and won't give you another quest.

It doesn't end there, though. Go back to where you found the report, and you'll get another quest from the Loose Dirt. This time, you'll find a Severed Head. Take it back to the Orc and he'll then give you a quest to speak with a Witchdoctor in Grom'gol basecamp.

When you get there, he puts the head in a cauldron. The cauldron is then clickable. Click it, and you'll get another quest.

It's quite straight forward from here, you don't need somebody to guide you through 100% of the quest i shouldn't think.

Also, this ring is HORDE ONLY which means Alliance can't get it. No, really, you CAN'T GET IT. You guys have Seal of Wrynn which more than compensates for this thing.

This is an AWESOME low-level caster ring— I can't believe hardly anyone knows about it. I've never seen anyone else with it.
