A few of these guys can be found on the way to Cannon Master Wiley. If you want this enchant, be prepared to run Live Strat a lot.

There's apparently a trainer-learned enchant in BC that's much better than both this and the +22 int enchant available from TB rep:

If twinking and need low level enchant would go with 22int. Price is only a bit higher.

Considering that grinding rep for the Thorium Brotherhood to revered is almost impossible now (since nobody really runs MC or BWL anymore) it would make more sense to grind this out if you are truly interested in an Intellect enchant for your twinks. Otherwise you'll have a long rep grind ahead of you. Does anyone know if you can turn in Dark Iron Ore to get revered with TB?

Drops of the Crimson Sorcerers in Strat Live, can only be enchanted to 2Her and gives yellow glow. The only Crimson Sorcerers are inside the Scarlet building (after Timmy), usually 6 or 7 per run.

same here thandon...done over 60 runs,mainly 5man guild runs,no other enchanter except me,all agreed for me to get it if it drops....well it doesnt...
i m even afraid to go with pug cause if it drops after all this time and effort and i lose roll over it i ll go crazy...it s one of the last 3 i missing from all recipes (new instance ones not included)

this is a drop in strat not the thorium bro rep enchant. that one is mighty int and its for 22 not 9

Why can this sell for so much when the +22 intellect on any weapon is so much better?
Have I missed something, surely everyone goes for the +22 one if they can afford it. Or is it a nice glow, making it a show off enchant like Icey, plz tell me, Thanks

On the Dragonmaw server, this enchant goes for 75g. Worth it? I dont thjink so, wait for SoD and put a +22 on it.

Just came out of Live Strat with this baby! Im not too sure of anywhere else it drops, but it came from an everyday mob :-0 (Just before good ole Willy)

I'm not sure why my allakhazam didn't submit the drop, but it came from a random mob in Stratholme (Scarlet side) right down from the canoneers doors.

On smolderthorn, this enchant sells for 85g. +22 int sells for 225g. This is something good to hold you off till you can afford the +22 one. Glows a nice yellow :)
