I dont know the reason but I think it was removed when they did a huge trinket overhaul reducing the CD on the majority of trinkets.

great fr trinket, i activate it every time when the sons spawn at ragnaros, the cool down sucks though

I got this item from a LBRS run with my guild. It's not that bad, my only major complaint is that you have to use it in order to receive anything out of it. I wish you got some FR for just having it equipped. If needed they could reduce the amount of FR you get upon use. There would be much more demand if it had +10 FR when equipped and another +10 for 5 minutes when used.

Just swap it in, a minute ahead of time, in place of whatever resistance trinket you're invariably using and kick it in at the start of the battle. After the battle, swap it back out again. Damage to attackers can be considered a freebie.

Handy in the arena, cooldown resets every time u join the arena, most 2v2 matches don't last more than a few minutes, and that fire dmg return can probably be used to unstealth a rogue when he/she saps u :P.

very good trinket, considering that its free, and you probabaly got it anyway running for your ubrs key, or twindlehaven/set/etc.

Fire it during a MC boss fight, then switch it out during its downtime.

Using this also seems to put a 5 minute cooldown on other activated trinkets.

I found one.
I'm not sure if I like it.
I equip it my fire resist stat doesn't go up 20.

Do the functions of this trinket only work when I get hit or something?

I got this last night.
Doesn't seem like a really good trinket overall, but it's better than I have. Might come handy in tricky aoe situations.
It's kinda frustrating to have the final boss of a long dungeon drop this though.
