Following up to my previous point about agility (passive) skill

Agility gives a linear increase, for every +1 agility you gain 0.04 % dodge chance.

I then used a desert choker of eluding on my neck without wielding either weapon.

This neck amulet gives +5 agility (worth 0.2% dodge chance) AND gives +12 dodge rating
(increases your chance to dodge by 0.67%)

This took my dodge chance from 10.65% to 11.53%
ie +1 to dodge rating gives +0.0558% chance to dodge

You can also get an enchant at level 70 enchanter of +12 dodge rating.
And a trinket caled the Charm of Alacrity (+192 dodge rating for 10 secs.)
When activated I went from 10.65% to 21.39% dodge chance.

I use the choker of eluding when boosting guildies through instances

So I was fishing a sagefish pool in Ashenvale and fished up 2 trunks and 2 bloated regills! =) Inside one of those was the Desert Choker of Eluding. Also got some other green items including Jet Loop of the Bear and some pants. I'm a level 25 druid and fishing skill is 209. =)
