Obtained in the Razorfen Downs instance. From the entrance take the left path, then work your way to the very end, where there are stables. You knock down the gate then speak to the NPC's there. One is a cook. He will ask you if you want to learn a recipe - say yes and he'll automatically teach you Goldthorn Tea

I'm not sure what happened but it looks as if this recipe was removed from my cooking list.

I went in and talked to Henry again and he offers to teach me the recipe, however i don't learn anything.

There was a bug in 2.3 that caused players to forget how to make Goldthorn Tea. In patch 2.3.2, players can go back to Henry Stern and relearn the recipe at no cost.

You will, unfortunately, have to go back to him after the patch to relearn it if you lost it.

Hmm... What skill lvl is required for this?? When does it turn Yellow and Green?? I suppose u need some skill lvl, and cant get it will 1 in skill lvl??

Please tell ur experience, thx... c",)

I went to learn this recipe at 145 cooking and couldn't. After doing some searching I couldn't find how much skill I needed, so I decided to find out.

Got a bunch of food and cooked it slowly in front of him till Henry deemed me worthy of making tea. Once I hit 175 cooking skill, he tought me his secret!

I don't know how, I don't know when, and I would like an answer - I recently looked through my recipies and it was there. About a month ago I reached 300 lvl cooking and it wasn't there. Two days ago it magically appeared. Can someone explain?

anyone know what skill level is required to learn? i was at cooking 60 when i went didn't think i was going to be able to, but i went for the potion recipe. anyways, would be nice to know what lvl i need to get this, i'm a mage so i have no other use for cooking

Other than maybe levelling up your cooking, I cannot see someone actually making this.

You would actually be better off selling the Goldthorn on the AH and buying Sweet Nectar (which is exactly the same) and having money left over to buy other stuff.

the hardest part of trades is trying to find the trainers....still haven't been able to find the trainer for expert Cooking

I'm at cooking 375 and wanted to learn this recipe cause I'm a crazy kook that way. I talked to the guy (Henry Stern from Stormwind, second holding pen from the left), I said yes, he said he'll teach me, and nothing happened! I checked my cooking log and no Goldthorn Tea was in there.

Is there something I'm supposed to do before he can teach me the recipe? Or is he just a stingy NPC.
