This is likely the 2-piece Shaman fist set that goes with their Tier 6 armor. They look like two huge claws surrounded by chains.

Just wanted to point out that they look similar to Kratos' weapons in God of War with the chains wrapping around his arm.

EDIT: This set has been confirmed to drop from Hyjal Summit trash mobs in patch 2.4.

These are the "bonus pieces" of Shaman Tier 5, which compliments the set in both stats and appearance. Four other classes have Tier 5 weapons as of patch 2.4: Priest, Warlock, Paladin, and Druid.

More of a Combat Rogue set. The off-hand will drop your DPS significantly as a Shaman. Using a 1.5 speed OH instead of a 2.7 results in a loss of about 10% of your overall DPS under raid conditions.

Your guess is right. Both of these drops from Hyjal trash and have been seen on several US realms as of the 26th.
Why blizzard didnt think (as usual) when setting the speed on the offhand puzzles me.
Instead of this being a shaman set (as obviously intended), this is now more suitable for a rogue.

Until the proc rate has been determined we wont know for sure how good it would be with a WF/FT setup. However I can honestly say that it would not outdamage a WF/WF with a slower offhand with the current mechanics.

Do these have any special proc animation? And what is the approx drop rate from trash? I've seen that some random epics are more common then others, or at least we tend to get them more frequently.

These are very useful for rogues as the off hand has quite a high attack rate. Warriors and shamans will find these less beneficial as they would like a slower off hand for whirlwind and windfury; whirlwind hits with both weapons, and windfury has an internal cooldown.
Trivia:

If you enchant these the enchant glow will be shown, but you will still be able to see the standard fire through it.
The set name, "The Fists of Fury", is most likely a reference to the movie starring Bruce Lee with the same name.
Both of these weapons drop from the trash mobs inside the Caverns of Time: Mount Hyjal.

As a rogue i will totaly go for this ,but when i saw the drop rate i was about to cry :) .Other wise prety nice weapons finnaly a fist's set for rogue .

Edit: Got the offhand fist ,cant w8 to get the main hand too .

well... this weap set is good for many classes, if ur rogue, shammy, and ny other class didn't need, i would say it is not too shabby 4 a hunter, AP is also ranged AP, u get stam and agi; i would go for this on my hunt, just it seems that if a hunter is that high getting this, they can easily go somewhere (like BT) and get somthing that is better, like a polearm, this kinda shows how a pair of fist weaps that a hunter would benefit from, not saying benefit more than others :)

how is it too fast OH for fury warriors. thought they where after fast OH for rage gain rage gain and they dont have any duel attacks i.e. mutilate/stormstrike i may be wrong havent looked deeply into warriors
