Your Method of Healing

A guildie asked me the other day if I use Healbot or something, because he didn't understand how I pumped out heals so fast on a particularly crazy Heroic UP run. I don't, hehe, but here's what I DO do:
I have a G15 Keyboard. You know those extra 18 keys on the left side? I use the top 6 for PoM, CoH, PoH, Renew, GHealing and FHeal.
I use the middle 6 for Dispel, Move Forward, Jump, Left, Back, and Right.
I dont use the bottom 6 at all. I use the ~ key for PW:S and "1" for PW:D. (Little trick I discovered to continue PoM if it hits me. The backlash from SW:D triggers PoM and sends it along ;-)
I use the mouse to select party members.
No macros at all. I just never got used to WASD moving and using numbers for hotkeys in all my 10 years of MMO gaming.
The ease of the dispel key really surprises people. Fear is dispeled .5 seconds after it hits someone, haha.
The only add-on I use is X-PERL. I like how it makes the health bars easier to see, and how it highlights group/raid members when they have a debuff on them that you can remove.
But anyway, what's YOUR method of healing? Do you use add ons? Any special keybinding system?

I don't think I'm at all familiar with this keyboard.

I use decursive for this.

I also use XPerl, but more for redundancy of information than anything.

I use Healbot with mouse clicking combinations with key strokes to perform actions I want performed. Eg: Right click Gheal, Shift Right click Renew. Left click Flash Heal Shift Left click Circle of Healing.
It's easy to heal on the run and easy to get the big picture of what's going on with your raid as well as group heal more effectively.
I have my healbot set up as a vertical column of bars on the right hand side of my screen. The visual system scans more accurately and quickly when scanning up and down versus side to side (trust me, I'm an eye doctor). This allows me to react more quickly than if the bars were set up in groups of 5 bars left to right.
edit: I also use Deadly Boss Mods... can't forget the boss mod. ;-) I have been using BOTH Bigwigs AND DBM for some time now, but it leads to too much screen clutter.

For me, it's Xpearl and mouseover macros.
I can quickly see who needs a heal or dispel at an instant.
My main bar holds all my important spells and I've rebound it to:
1,2,3,4
q,e
,f,g,middle-click
z,x,c,v
With a single mod and those keys I have access to all my damage and healing spells in the same bar, macro'd to be target sensitive.
Having all my spells keybound and rapidly accessible has made a world of difference.

I learned to play on a laptop so I tend to use keyboard controls for just about everything. I'm fast on the numberbar for heals, shield, fade. Other things like Fear Ward I'm content to click. Actually I'm in the odd habit of clicking Fade, too, despite having it on the numberbar. M'eh.
Oh, and I've fallen in love with Decursive since getting it, the predictable (and customizable ;)) target locations and click requirements mean that though it means using the touchpad, it's quickly and easily dealt with.

I'm using
ag_unitframes
and my mouseover macro to target players who need healing (I can use my Dominos hotkeys). The only problem with ag_unitframes ist, that there is not yet a range check included.
This is my mouseover macro:
