Ok so I just rolled a rogue, because they looked really fun,
but now I am level 6 and am getting 3/4 of my hp taken out by a single pull...(of 1)
If another mob sees me, I die, no question.
My rotation is 1-3 SS (depending on hp left) then using Eviscerate. Not much variety at level 6..
So my question is, Am I doing something wrong, or is this normal for rogues at early levels?
It is ridiculously tiring to run back n forth, plus repairs. :l
And if possible, may I get a basic rotation for a combat spec'd rogues?

Pick up First-aid and/or Cooking, take this from an 80 rogue who didn't level up with FA or Cooking and found himself buying food from vendors and taking tons of time in between mobs to gain back health.

Gouge then Backstab, rinse and repeat. You wont die!

You should get hold of the 2 main stun moves (cheap shot and kidney shot) relatively early as you level too, use of these generally reduces your incoming damage greatly. Poisons at around level 12 make all the difference too.

You don't get access to poisons until level 20. >.>

i had the same issue.. wait till lvl 20 when you get poisons... 2x instant poison = mobs your level drop like FLIES..
I dinged from 20-21 in 40 minutes time afterwords.. you literally just mow thru stuff afterwords.. even having to stealth and kill mob by mob.. it doesn't matter.. you just drop them so fast it isn't even funny.

Level First Aid, it's worth it.

I might add, if you have access to it, level your first aid, then get the highest level bandages that you can
use
, not just the highest level you can make. For example, Heavy Runecloth Bandage requires First Aid of 290, (and, as such, higher than level 35 to gain access to that skill,) whereas it only requires 225 First Aid to use them, so you can
use
Heavy Runecloth bandages as early as level 20.

Ok well I hit level 10 today, and after dual wielding I am mowing through mobs very quickly.
And about the Gouge + Backstab, I have an interface option on that keeps me targeted and attacking as soon as I land a skill on the mob, dont know how to explain it but let's say I use Gouge, the option would keep me from not attacking and if i'm not fast enough it'll probably attack for me, thus losing the Gouge and my chance to backstab....
Sorry if I don't make sense but I really want to turn it off :l
(not sure which option it is)
Or should I keep it on?
Edit: Just realized it turns off your attack, woops.
But I still want to know which option in the Interface it is...
