As of this wonderful patch, only with about 9 other dps maybe...full heals on any cast and no mana issues whatsoever. Bow down before your new priest overlords.
Their ability to heal (and healers in general, not just priests) is obscene. It is obviously very low level, but just come out of a game in the 10-14 bracket. A 10 druid, with no heirlooms, was keeping herself and 3-4 others up, whilst we were pounding on them. It was quite remarkable. (I'm not qq-ing for blizz to change it, its low level stuff after all, but the change is quite incredible).

Healing is very strong right now so it's going to take a lot to kill any healer.
- To kill a resto druid you are going to need someone with you who can dispel their hots, like a shaman or spriest. It won't happen 1v1 if you do not have the ability to dispel.
- To kill a disc priest you need someone to dispel plus someone who can do high burst, like a fire mage or hunter. With 12 sec bubbles absorbing 50-60K and heals doing 70-80K plus in one cast...it's going to take a long time.
- To kill a holy paladin it's the same as disc priest, although you need people who deal primarily magic damage due to their high armor.
All pvpers need to be gemming

in the place of blue and maybe yellow gems (not red gems) to boost pvp power. PvP power reduces the effective resilience of your target. If you have 20% pvp power and your target has 65% resilience, your damage on the target will be reduced by 45%.

They can't have trinket up, you need your cooldowns, and you need a long stun. I've been managing to drop healers 100% to zero on my frost mage, but it requires extensive set-up, and baiting them to make a mistake (namely, waiting for a druid to let hots fall off/be too slow on refreshing them).

On my mage I'm making good use of spellsteal. With our boosted mana regen we can do that now without going OOM too fast. No point in trying to DPS through the druid's HoTs because one tick can be 20K-50K healing every 2 sec or so. With a priest you need to SS the bubble every time because it not only adds like 60K worth of absorbs, it boosts the target's resil by 1,300.
