Of course it's never going to be a faction you gain gain rep with... But I have to admit, I'd love to be allied with an army of the Old Gods... That's RP gold right there.

well i'd be cool if you could get rep with an "old" god... like get "red" ranked armor or something when you get a new rank of rep or somthing .. like "super-exhalted"..

Its a part of the Digestive Acid debuff you get in C'thun's stomach, to stop the giant eyes targeting you in there, and the giant claws rupturing and killing everyone in there by making you friendly with them (ie untargetable).
That was until 1.10.1 when they reduced the stomach acid damage, and somehow knocked this part of the buff off too, hence the current state of giant tentacles spawning inside C'Thun's own body and having a party.

Yes i see hes an old god but what the heack i though he would be like lvl 3465455476557657 elite but then again hes been locked inside AQ for a pretty long time ^-^

C'Thun was, and still remains, one of the 5 old gods. He fell to the barren lands of Silithus soon (only about 100 years) after one of the other old gods completely died with his head still stuck in darkshore with twillists around.
C'Thun survived but very very weak but still of course an old god. He dominated the Silid and shaped them as his avatars, (Qiraj). Well this dude got ressurected and he wants to take over Azeroth. Yes, he's uber strong. Yes, you need full tier 2 just be accepted to a run against em

Update a month later:
OK now you need TIER 3 to get accepted there ^^
Good luck farming in naxx... I still don't know which dungeon is harder

Yes, I did hear about HolyWar killing not too long ago (although it was ACTUALLY when the tactics came out) but the real question is what is your class? A priest couldn't be a MH without T2 and warriors couldn't tank without good armor like that.
If there's some damn rogue with T1 no one would care, really ^^

FYI no one tanks C'thun, mabye tentacles, but those die sorta easily

The person to take the first shot is more or less a tank but I never said tank HIM, I said tanking in general.

I no that the old gods had there ass whipped by the titans but are the others dead? of what i forget. also the old gods had there 4 elemental liutenants of which ragnoros is the fire one but will we ever be able to fight the others? I no u can get good FR gear from the hydraxian waterlords who are minions of the water elemental liutenant dude who hates raggy but will the other 3 ever be released?

now theres 2 old gods dead theres 3 more deeep within the earth waiting to be unleashed future expansion anybody and since it took all of the titans to kill 1 and some of the games best guilds to kill 1 at like 1/5 of his pwer imagine 3 at full power with the hundreds of thousands of years to build armies beneath the earth expect the coolest war event ever

That will take a LONG time because there's still Kil'jaedan, the Lich King and Deathwing who are considered to be... easier to kill.

Blizzard isn't planning to kill the Lich King ti lvl 80 or 90 so I wouldn't keep my hopes up if I were you.

just only when the level cap is 100 and in a 100 man instance fight the old gods and Sargeras...

some say Sargeras is dead, but in reality evil never truly dies....you will see....

They already have made a new region which is Hyjal, i kno this because my friend and i made a privat server and went into hyjal there are some lvl 73 - 80 monsters in there aswell as a lvl 99 elite boss called Tir'An'Alosius.
Hope this will somehow enlighten you.

C'thun - fell into silithis then make qui'araji his avatars who reserrected him to probably like 10% more..u WISH u could defeat him at 40%

Dead one - somewhere in darkshore..u can see his corpse its called the masters glaive

other 3/5 - sealed under the earth with other wannabe gods (3 REAL gods of the 5..the others are wanabe gods like hakkar and stuff)

Ragnaros - ya umm, we killed em tho he may come back probably like 40% health..maybe less
Wind - Elemental Plane
Water - elemental plane
thunderaan is his kid, who rag ate..then devided into 2..then gave his essences away
Earth - elemental plane

the third guy died at hyjal i think, he may be final boss not sure..i remember u could see his remains at hyja; if u glitched there, i mean current hyjal from winterspring not past

so YES the other LTs. will probably be killed in the elemental plane expansion
and o ya illidan is just the dude who the leader of the burning legion sent to kil arthas (lich king) and lost, do he ran to outland (and as many times as hed sais arthas couldnt beat em in outland, ya arthas just didnt bother)

Lich - leader is arthes
created by burning legion because they realized that the reason they failed in the original insurgence cause orcs are retarted and have their own consiunsess (SP?) so they made 1 guy control all undead who was ner'zhul (original shammy who wouldnt help when the burning legion tried to take over the orcs who's apprentice helped Burn leg. take over and led the 1st invasion of azearoth)
