so i went to Silvermoon City to see if the vendor was already selling the recipes to get them ahead of time. and Deynna did have the recipes already, but also has Pattern: Netherweave Tunic. So for Horde at least you can prep now and go get 3 of the 5 recipes in Silvermoon. I dont have an Alli char so I cant check if the Alli equivalent also sells or not, although Wowhead does currently say it is sold on Neii as well.

At 340, do yourself a favor and go buy some Knothide Leather off the auction house and make netherweave boots. This isn't a very good guide. It's not a guide that is designed to maximize your materials or your gold.

Arrond in SMV does not currently have either pattern available. I am friendly with the Scryers.

At 300, you can transmute Felcloth into Mooncloth (no CD), and make Mooncloth bags, which sell relatively well (about half the price they sold for in TBC). Mooncloth bags go green at 330.

I'd recommend buying the Imbude Netherweave Bag recipe from the Shattrah tailoring supplier and make bags for 340 to 350. They sell relatively well (and at little loss, if any, if you buy the mats instead of farming, and depending on your realm's AH). It will take close to 20 bags to hit 350.

Depending on how much time you have, success farming mats, or cash on hand, you can make Moon/Shadow/Spellcloth (Yellow at 350, Green at 355, and Grey at 360). Remember, you can make all three, if you buy the patterns. Specialize in one, and don't make that one until after you learn the specialization - you get two of those for the mats for one. You'll want 26 Shadowcloth to make the 3 piece Shadoweave set, and 22 or more Spellcloth to make 3/3 Spellcloth set.

Nice guide, just a tiny thing I'm sure most already do, but that I don't see mentioned here (maybe missed it) - use your specialty to get a few tailoring points. I'm on my second tailor and basically used this guide twice. But got a couple points from frozen shadoweave cloth, pure luck when it was a green recipe for 1 of those points, a point from the frozen shadoweave shoulders, and will use the boots to get from 374 to 375. Depends on your server economy a bit, but on mine the imbued netherweave robes or tunics pay for themselves. I.e. the 1 shard from DE-ing one of them auctions for about the same amount of gold as the mats used to make it. So it's not a disaster when you don't get a skill point, but it's lost time just going back to a bank toon and maybe an enchanter to get mats for one more of these. I needed 2 imbued netherweave robes to get from 373 to 374, and will use the frozen shadoweave boots, which are still orange at 374, to get to 375. Pretty sure I did the same with the primal mooncloth set. Imagine that last point could be miserable with the wrong RNG, doing it with imbued netherweave robe/tunic.

Absolutely do NOT use the bolt of imbued netherweave to 340 where it turns grey now that WotLK is out. You will want to switch to frost weave bolt at 350 so all those imbued bolts will go unused. Instead, make use of netherweave pants from 325 to 340.

Black Mageweave Headband is slightly vendor-cheaper than Black Mageweave Shoulders :) Same materials though. 54s 21b vs 54s 79b . Just thought to mention this if it has not changed, as a financial guy. Shoulders are much slower to craft , though. Opportunity cost.
