I just did this and while cooking brought me to level 53 in outland fishing I didn't get me much farther I started fishing in Nagrand and after like half hour i think i got to 75 so just keep going it will just be little longer than after 1 or 2 fishing more like 5 per point from 53. Sometimes it switched to per 2 but most times not, good luck.

WAAAAYYYY off point. 455 combined skill can't fish anywhere outside Umbrafen Lake, it's just a never-ending swarm of "your fish got away".
Don't know what the H*** BlizzT*rd is thinking (if at all), but fishing isn't playable.

You can fish in Hellfire Peninsula at the Pools of Aggonar so that should be added to the Zone/Subzone table. I believe the level requirements are similar to Zangarmarsh.
