Maximize Seal of Blood auto-attacks.

Cast Crusader Strike whenever ready, at the start of an auto-attack.

When Crusader Strike is not ready, seal twist instead from Command into Blood.
Anytime Judgement is off cooldown, cast it right before you "prep" Command for the twist.

If Crusader Strike is not ready, and there is not enough time to twist, cast Exorcism or Consecration.

If none of the above are possible, wait until your melee swing completes.

Seal of Command

One of our two primary seal twisting seals. We start in Command, then twist into Blood. We can generally use Rank 1 Command as we will never be judging it.

Seal of Blood

One of our two primary seal twisting seals, and our strongest single seal. This is our primary seal for Judgement as well.

Seal of Wisdom

The primary use of this is to apply Judgement of Wisdom for mana regeneration.

Seal of the Crusader

The primary use of this is to apply Judgement of the Crusader for raid-wide damage increase, when talented.

Seal of Light

The primary use of this is to apply Judgement of Light for raid-wide healing, but this is lowest priority.

Damage Spells for Retribution Paladin DPS in TBC Classic

Judgement

Consumes our seal to apply a debuff or deal damage. Every seal has a different Judgement useful in different situations. We will generally judge Blood for damage, Justice in PvP, and Crusader for the debuff in PvE. These debuffs are refreshed by Crusader Strike.

Crusader Strike

Our hardest-hitting ability on average, and generally used on cooldown.

Consecration

Scales with spell power, which we generally do not have - that being said, it is our only real AoE-damage ability. Unless you have mana to burn, you should probably downrank to rank 3-4 Consecration.

Exorcism

Our strongest filler spell, but can only be used against Undead or Demon targets.

Cooldowns for Retribution Paladin DPS in TBC Classic

Avenging Wrath

Powerful flat damage increase cooldown.

Divine Shield

Makes you immune to the world for 12 seconds. Great for avoiding huge bursts of raid damage or other mechanics, as well as saving yourself from your own stupidity. Becomes a powerful offensive cooldown in PvP when playing Reckoning builds.

Lay on Hands

Emergency heal that will heal 100% of your max health on yourself or targeted ally with a really long cooldown. Generally used to save your main tank's life.

Utility Abilities for Retribution Paladin DPS in TBC Classic

Blessing of Protection

BoP is probably your number 1 utility, generally used to save casters from physical damage during big AoE pulls.

Blessing of Freedom

Grants immunity to movement-impairing effects, on yourself or a friendly ally. Keeps us mobile.

Cleanse

Removes poison, disease, and magic from yourself or targeted ally. Even as a Retribution main, you will need to use this from time to time to dispel raid members, and it will see heavy usage in PvP combat.

Hammer of Justice

6-second stun, primarily used in PvP combat.

Healing Spells for Retribution Paladin DPS in TBC Classic

Flash of Light

A quick cast heal. Helpful to heal yourself.

Holy Light

A longer cast heal that provides more health than the faster variant mentioned above.

How do you add the start attack macro to Seal of Command if we are only using Rank 1? It uses the highest rank by default in the macro.
