Any Wowhead user can write a guide and then share it with the Wowhead community. Before a guide will be available to the public, it will be put in a queue where it can be approved or rejected by the Wowhead staff. We suggest that you make sure your guide is complete before you put it through this process. A complete guide will generally be thorough, 100% accurate for World of Warcraft's current build, and include details such as images.
