These are good mobs to farm for Knothide Leather. They drop it at a good rate (50%), are neutral (don't pose aggro problems), and are lower level. Easy fast kills.

61, 43 is a great watering hole location with plenty of these if you need to farm or do the Nessingwary quest.

A little north of Nesingwary there is some aggresvie stags, tought it was a bug but was unlucky to aggro them and died.

If you lookin for a lot of talbuk stags (or thorngrazer) bunche together, you can find them southeast of Garadar.

P.S. for those who are alliance dont get too close to Garadar :)
