Welcome to the latest installment of our Artist's Corner series! Here at Wowhead we love art - drawing, painting, sculpting, woodworking, metalworking, jewelry making, papercrafting, badge making, everything under the sun.
In an effort to share what our wonderful community does, about once a month, we like to feature an artist and their craft. This article is about the artist and features a small description so that you can get to know them just a bit, show off their art, and learn more about what they do. Often times we like to tie in a giveaway of either an item from the artist or from us at Wowhead in this article!

We spoke with Ruthie and asked her to tell us a little about herself.
Hi! My name is Ruthie (rrruthieh formerly known as ruthiebutt.) I'm a (mostly) self taught artist from New Jersey, and I've been a Blizzard fan since Vanilla WoW.
I've been interested in art since I was little and made the switch to digital art during college. World of Warcraft was what first inspired me to start doing fan art when I wanted to draw my troll shaman (my first and still main character) in gear that I wanted but didn't have. I then went on to gifting art to friends of their characters, and eventually doing commissions, before branching out to fan art of other games.
My love and adoration of fantasy and sci-fi RPGs has continued to grow over the last 15 or so years. This year I started focusing on Warcraft art again and the community has been so incredibly supportive and welcoming and they inspire me to continue making art.
