In a recent hotfix that wasn't listed in the
June 7th Hotfixes
,
Dessin : Diamant tonneterre implacable
has been added to Reputation Vendors in Burning Crusade Classic.
Hotfix for Relentless Earthstorm Diamond
The reason this Meta Gem Design was hotfixed into the game likely stems from the
Spellcaster equivalent, Chaotic Skyfire Diamond, randomly appearing during Phase 1
. In a strange twist of fate, only the melee version (Relentless Earthstorm Diamond) existed during the original Burning Crusade, and Blizzard added a spellcaster version later in Patch 2.3.0.
On Burning Crusade Classic, the opposite was the case, but Blizzard quietly rectified this issue with a Hotfix. For some reason, this was left out of the Hotfix list from June 7th.
Still no word on the
Epic quality gems being obtained from Jewelcrafters
, which wasn't possible until Patch 2.4.2 in original Burning Crusade. Thankfully, this bug isn't gamebreaking in anyway, really.

Karaaz
in Stormspire, Netherstorm and
Paulsta'ats
near Oshu'gun in Nagrand both sell the Recipe, which requires Exalted with
Le Consortium
. Consortium Reputation can be earned through questing in Nagrand, Netherstorm, as well as running Mana-Tombs on Normal or Heroic.
