Does This require Engineering to use. I dont see ENG. required.If I could get some feedback from an experienced ENG. on Other items that dont require ENG. I'd be greatful. Besides E-Z throw, Guns ammo etc., fish attractors, pets... You know the rare stuff that only experienced ENG. would know? I'm level 202 ATM so anything below i'm aware of...

Reusable? No? Is it a trinket? I wouldn't think so, because of the incredible ease at which you can make them, Frost Oil from your local Alchemist, and a Gizmo, if I remember correctly. Bleh, no one will ever read this...

Does not stack with Frost Protection Type Potions, does not trigger any CD's with any potions or elixirs with a cursory examination.
Use only if your potion is on CD or if you need to use a different potion, like Major Mana constantly.

If you really want to humiliate a Mage in PvP, I recommend you get a few Ice and Pare-flammess. These two items don't share a cooldown between each other, and they don't share a cooldown with healthstones/mana gems nor with any potions making them a particularily powerful tool for disposing of Mages. The total absorption given by both deflectors adds up to an extra +1100 Health and you still have the ability to chug a Potion de libre action to ensure your mobility.
