These items are parts of a set. The ZG set contains bracers, belt, shoulders, necklace, and trinket.

Primal Hakkari's (BOP)

Aegis: Priest, Rogue, Hunter

Armsplint: Rogue, Warrior, Shaman

Bindings: Mage, Hunter, Paladin

Girdle: Rogue, Warrior, Shaman

Kossack: Mage, Warrior, Warlock

Sash: Priest, Druid, Warlock

Shawl: Mage, Hunter, Paladin

Stanchion: Priest, Druid, Warlock

Tabard: Druid, Paladin, Shaman

I don't know if the percentages listed on this are correct, because this dang Primal Hakkari Shawl seems to drop off bosses 50% of the time (the other 50% being all other Primal Hakkari items).

OK, I have an extra Primal Hakkari Shawl. I've already used one and completed the quest that got me the Freethinkers belt. However, I can't disenchant or sell the Shawl nor can I turn it in and get another belt as the quest is not repeatable.

Is there any use for extra Primarl Hakkari Bindings, Shawl or Tabards once you have turned in the quest requiring them.

There are 3 different primal hakkari for class. Any item can be deliver to the zandalar tribe and u need a reputation level for recive the epic item.
primal hakkari binding - friendly - epic bracer
Primal Hakkari Shawl - honored - epic shoulder
Primal Hakkari Kossack - revered - epic robe
I am talking for mage but is similar for each class.
Epic bracer and shoulder gave u 14/12 + spell damage
Both item gave u an additional bonus of 12.
The robe is nice too but i prefer my Flowing Ritual Robes

Can any of the Primal Hakkari items be turned in for reputation only...after you've completed the armor quests? If so, do you turn in to the same NPC? I have an extra Shawl, but am only revered. The NPC that gave the armor quests doesn't have an option to turn in for rep.

Head to Jin'rokh le Briseur on the island in Vallée de Strangleronce.
Turn in Châle primordial hakkari to get your specific class reward!

Different ones require different NPC's to talk to. When you talk to an NPC, it will let you ask about the paragons of power. But the NPCs will tell you who they speak do. For example, Al'tabim the All-Seeing says "My dealings are with priests, mages, and warlocks". So if you're a different class, you need a different NPC, They are as follows:

Al'tabim the All-Seeing - Priests, Mages, Warlocks
Maywiki of Zuldazar - Druids, Shaman
Jin'Rokh the Breaker - Warriors, Paladins (or Heathens as he calls them)
Falthir the Sightless - Hunters, Rogues

So just remember to go to the right NPC for your turn-ins!

I just confirmed on my paladin alt:

You can just get the ZG set pieces from the dropped tokens back after deleting them, just like the reputation necklace!

Beware: Enchantments will be lost!
However that is a small price to pay for 3 free bag slots!
