I have had a lot of success in crafting and then selling these belts on the AH. They form part of a good warrior set and the belts are one of the first pieces to be obtained. I recommend that if you are leveling your blacksmithing or if you have some Thorium Bars to spare then make a few of these and list them.

I seem to easily get 7-9g each and have turned a tidy profit over the past 6 months (but don't tell too many people) :)

You cannot have a GM restore these quest reward recipes, if you've dropped blacksmithing previously for another profession. Screenshot of GM Response.

Redaxe, if you just sold your thorium bars, you would get more gold..

All armoursmiths can make this, if the do quests.

no any blacksmith can make them even ammorsmiths they just have to hand over the thorium bars to get the plans and have a high enough smithing skill and they can make and sell it

I'm level 50 almost 51 on Greymane server and I can't get this quest. Do you have to complete the rest of the mithril order quests? Would really appreciate the help!

It dosen't make sense to me really, but i think this quest is partly controlled by BS level AND player level. Reason i believe this is that my 44 warrior with 270 BS can't recieve this quest - even after completing the mithril order questchain.

I'll report back on lvl45 and lvl50 with more info.

After som research it appears u neeed BS skill 265 AND lvl50 to recieve the quests for the plans.

Currently Level =46 with skill level =285
Still a Silver !

This is disappointing. After having my Ornate mithril armor and Truesilver Chest and Gauntlets wait in the bank for 2 levels, waitig for level 50 to make level 47 armor seems almost pointless.

It would have been nice to wear what I make, all the way up...

If you're Friendly with Thorium Brotherhood, the cost of these plans is reduced dramatically.

Belt - 10 bars
Bracers - 10 bars
Shoulders - 10 bars
Chest - 30 bars
Feet - 20 bars
Legs - 25 bars

total - 105 bars.

Much cheaper than if you're not friendly.
