Some items you left out. Manaweave Cloak, Avian Cloak of Feathers (both are very good cloaks). You under-sell the value of Darkmoon Card Blue Dragon. The trinket is the best regen trinket even in tier 4 gear, and the trinket only grows in power as your stats do. Furthermore, I also would say that your up-front BIS list made me wince until I saw the further lists down below. Most people looking for a simple BIS list, this is as far as they're going to go, and that list is not ideal. I would also say that you very much overvalue the raw bonus healing stat, this is an especially important point of contention for people who are still in the progression stage and need mana. Don't forget that you get bonus healing from spirit as well via your talents.

can someone explain how Windcaller's Orb is better than Tears of Heaven? even counting Spiritual Guidance it is still waste of 7 healing power and 4 mp5 for 16 int. in gems it's: 2 yellow int gems vs 1,3 blue mp5 gem + 0,4 red healing gem. so it's 2 gems vs 1,7 gems but these 1,7 are much more valuable
