there's a message that comes up telling you to put WoW in a public file. This so far has worked out for me as long as you don't do something dumb and put it in shared folders. Folders such as ones in "My Documents" work and if it doesn't work for you, Vista will still work with it being in program files.

I had no issues whatsoever.
If you get issues with Vista, I reckon it's likely that you'd get them if you had XP too

The only "bug" i encountred was Vista didnt want to allow WoW downloader to download patch. Got fixed by running WoW as Administrator.

The only thing is to install it in the public folder rather than your own user folder. Basically, no programs can write to the "Program Files". Vista sets up a virtual folder for the program to write to. This is custom for that user, so you may end up with problems where a different user has different WoW settings, screenshots, etc. By default, the Wrath installer will put it in the public folder. You should let it do this to avoid all these problems.
Only other thing is to turn off the fancy aero theme if you don't have a lot of memory. 2GB for WoW and 1GB for Vista for best performance.
