Wierd, random Belf?

So I did Battle for Undercity for the first time on alliance, counting second in total. Just before the battle, the following female Blood Elf Rogue npc appeared, nameless and speechless (unless you count the standard BE npc lines she made when clicked). I've got a picture:

So, can anyone fill me in on the purpose of this one? (: Or is it just a random bug?
