Basic rule for me is:
* If not expertise capped:
Mark of Norgannon
in one slot
* If not hit capped:
Grim Toll
in one slot
* If hit capped or expertise capped: One of the above and
Fury of Five Flights
* If hit capped and expertise capped:
Fury of Five Flights
and
Mirror of Truth
.
Bandit's Insignia
is another option but I found the proc on this trinket is so apalling that Mirror is a better option.
