TG(fury) is the best, and you can probably find the spec if you check the stickies in the warrior forum.

Deep fury has an MS effect now as well. Arms is very bursty, and not nearly as much output as fury played right. After you blow your spin, you're output is healable. The bonus to TG is you get a snare removal too, so playing with a holy pally, you can keep moving pretty much constantly.
