That is one of many possible sets you could put together and successfully MT 25 mans.
However, if you have all that gear that means you've already been tanking for a long time. The question seems odd to me.
Unlike other more simple classes, there is no one best gearset for tanks. The group you listed was just a bunch of 213 iLvL tanking pieces. Sometimes you'll want the most health and armor, sometimes block rating and block value, and sometimes block value with hit and expertise. Sometimes you'll want to take max avoidance even if you lose a bit of stamina or threat.
It depends on the encounter. Part of being a good tank is being able to tell which to use in which situation.

I would try to replace Sonic Booster with something else - perhaps the expertise trinket from H-Malygos (

) or another good tanking trinket, unless you really need the +stam - aside from that I'd say you're golden.
