I guess it's enough for causal PvE, but the missing points in Moonfury and Wrath of Cenarius mean a loss of 200-250 dmg on each starfire, ie around 70 dps less. (with ~1000 spell dmg)
If you want to raid, I'd really spec in one or the role.
