IMO, no real point going that deep into Unholy and not getting Scouge Strike. Move the points from Annhi and Imp. Rune Tap into Unholy for Scourge Strike and Crypt Fever.

It is a ok build. But I think you are much better off with 5/11/55 build (

) and get Unholy Blight as it is great for helping with building Multi-Aggro on packs of 3 more more enemies. Plus, I also notice you never included Ebon-Plaguebringer, Epidemic, Unholy Command, and Reaping which I think are neccesary as a Unholy Tank.
