Can someone explain this too me I never really understood this "spec".
I'm just wondering why it's so good?

You're literally a tank. It takes a while to kill you. And you slowly eat away at your opponent. I'm playing with 23/38 right now with a pally teammate and we went up to 1800 and probably will go higher as long as he gets better gear. The thing I do right now is, put DoTs up, and while they get dispelled, you drain mana from the healer. Once the healer runs out of mana, its pretty much a win. Its difficult to explain, you have to try it out yourself and see the difference of play style. The spec isn't about killing people fast, its about surviving the initial blows and last long enough so you can win.
