Scourgebane in Naxx?

I currently have 2 epic 2h weapons of similar str. One is enchanted with +85ap, and i was thinking about having a naxx-weapon, enchanted with Scourgebane (+140ap against undead).
So.. Does it work for ranged, and.. is it worth it?
