For bosses what I usually do is:
(With HFB up pre-battle, starting with 100 energy)
Garrote
SnD
Cold Blood - Mutilate
Rupture (Most of the time that makes it a 4 CP Rupture)
Mutilate
Mutilate to get to 4/5 CP (If at 3 and my energy is really hurting Ill Shiv)
Envenom
Then from there just make sure SnD and HFB never drops and maximize your rupture uptime.

nah I wasn't.. I had never used it before or looked into it.. but I looked into it before you posted to find it's considered as a broken spec with no rotation. So nevermind :)
