Plausible for druid to tank Sarth and Tenebron?

My guild is going to attempt Sarth 1D (10 man) for the first time this week. Would it be plausible for me, a feral tank, to tank Sartharion and Tenebron while my OT gathers the adds?
We'll probably run with two tanks, three healers, and five dps.
Here's a link to my armoury:

Why not just have the OT pickup the Drake and the Adds?

My OT is likely to be a warrior, so he'll likely be running around picking up the adds. I'd rather the raid didn't get hit by the breath.

I tanked sartharion and a drake once in the 25-man with no problem, so it shouldn't really be a problem. Especially since you're only going with one debuff. Sartharion and each drake really don't do much until the debuffs and such start stacking up.

Cheers, I didn't think it'd be too hard.

Sartharion tank needs to fix his bracer enchant, and some of the gems (8 expertise 8 defense?) could be improved. Your drakes tank has some gem weirdness too. Your adds tank needs to dump that parry trinket, fix his gems and upgrade the bracer enchant.
Otherwise, the quality of the gear is pretty much where you would want it. The odd upgrade or two won't hurt, but they are few and far between.
PS: Do Sartharion 2D before 3D. You need the experience. 1D is still fairly easy, 2D is where it starts getting difficult.

Pop Heroism/Bloodlust to burn down Tenebron and it might make things easier. (Since he dies pretty quickly.) If you don't have a shaman...get one. :P

Yeah, we'll do 2D first, of course. But probably next weak we'll head to 3D.
About your comments, what's wrong with the Parry trinket?
And what about the Builds? Are those ok to Tank OS3D?
The parry trinket is just less avoidance than the alternatives, in most cases anyway. The 95 parry rating is, before diminishing returns, actually less avoidance than the 84 dodge rating of the valor medal, or the 84 defense. And since parry gets hit by diminishing returns before dodge, basically it should in most cases be significantly behind the other available avoidance trinkets.
As for builds, my main is, of course, a warrior, the one tank class that you're
not
bringing. I wouldn't know for certain how the builds should look, but to my untrained eye they look fine.

The guild i was in attempted sartharion and three drakes several times, it was when we thought about switching our main tank's spec from the usual deathknight setup to a self regenerating blood spec and used a discpriest on him that it became quite easy.
The other 4 healers were able to then focus on the two drake tank and the whelps tank.
The one thing to note though is that you want your priests to co-ordinate their pain suppression and guardian spirit for Sarth's flame breath while twilight torment is up.
Only need one of those cooldowns per breath, but it is important to remember thathis breaht has a cooldown, and he wont always use it on cooldown, so it might pay for your healers to start using unitframes that have castbars on their targettarget/focustarget frames.
This is a fight where your first four or so successful attempts are only going to happen because the whole team : reacts fast, communicates well, stays out of bad stuff and in the right position to maximise dps.
Pop Heroism/Bloodlust to burn down Tenebron and it might make things easier. (Since he dies pretty quickly.) If you don't have a shaman...get one. :P
You really want to make sure that your team can burn the first drake before the second one lands
without
heroism. This is the ideal benchmark to achieve.
When you reach this benchmark start looking to improve other aspects of your encounter.
Lastly, there is a debuff that gets applied which the dps need to very bloody careful about. The debuff causes damage done to the drakes to be returned to the person doing the damage.
On our first few attempts we coundn't work out why our dps were dying so fast after the first drake...and it wasnt to elementals/whelps or flame walls...turns out it's very easy to blow yourself up when this debuff is present on you.
