Hi, i have been playing Elemental shaman for a while and i have figured out this Talent Spec,

Thuderstorm
in the elemental tree spec.
in the Enchantment spec i will not get
Shamanistic Focus
or Elemental Weapons
But i will get 5% extra crit with Lightning bolt, Chain Lightning.
any Elemental shamans that can say if this is a good spec or a bad.

Elemental Focus isn't really that good and is not worth the points. In Enh grab Ancestral Knowledge, Imp Ghost Wolf, Thundering Strikes and Shamanistic Focus (13 points). I would leave the rest in Elemental. This is a good PVP build. Not a great PVE build since you loose some hit which will have to be made up via gear.
edit: Elemental Weapons works out to 63.3 spell power at 80. Lightning overload will more than make up for the dps lost there.

Elemental Focus is a 1 pt talent that is a pre-req for talents that greatly make up what Elemental Combat is all about (critical strikes). Without Elemental Focus, you lose
Call of Thunder,
Elemental Mastery, and
Elemental Oath. Please tell me you meant
Shamanistic Focus. That one, you can surely do without.
I do agree with you that Elemental Focus by itself isn't that great of a talent. But with the changes to Elemental Oath, that increase your spell power affects while Clearcasting is up, it's awesome. And since Clearcasting procs on crits, it should be up most if not all of the time during combat especially since you're guaranteed a critical strike from Flame Shock/Lava Burst.

Speccing into
Tidal Mastery is not worth it at all, simple as that. You loose way too much on useless (DPS-wise) talents.
I'd love to see what that spec actually looks like. It's rather hard to say anything else before really seeing it :)

I still think that people who are going Elemental fail if the put to much outside of Elemental talent points. I am not sure how you are geared or what you are looking for but with the soon to be reduction in MP5 you are going to need Elemental Focus to make it through most boss fights. Even before this patch goes live 55/16/0 is IMO the best build. I am still not fully geared and am hitting right around 3800 to 4000 dps in 25 mans and right around 3500 dps in 10 mans. I will link my toon from the armory here so you can see and tell that yes I do know what I am talking about so you don't bash me for giving you advice.

I have to disagree with that spec though, Elemental warding is pretty useless for 3 talents.. along with missing some others. With your excellent gear, you probably could be doing 5k dps easily with a spec like
