I don't think there is a way to "move and steer" backwards the way you can do forward. You can keybind "Move Bakwards" to your mouse but it's not the same. If you have a multi-button mouse you can bind move backwards to "mouse button 4" for example, then hold that button and the right mouse button for the effect.
If you enable showing the other actionbars like bottom left bar and such from the interface menu you can keybind them, but as far as I know, the remaining "secondary bar" that you can show with shift-down shares bindings with the first one. You can use an actionbar addon to enable some "hidden" keybindings. (Any of the popular actionbar addons should do)
